Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with umi cycle. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to help. 

1. Right of Withdrawal  

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods - no reason needed. 

To exercise this right, please submit your return request through our Returns Portal. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and approved items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

2. Hygiene Exception 

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of menstrual discs that have been opened or unsealed. 

We can only accept returns if the product is:

• Unused
• Unopened and in its original sealed packaging
• In a resalable condition 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please submit your request through our Returns Portal with a photo evidence and a description of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.

3. Refunds 

Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error. 

4. Return Shipping 

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot refund items we do not receive. 

5. Exchanges 

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different product, please place a new order.
