Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within Ireland and the United Kingdom. As we grow, we hope to expand to more countries. 

1. Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship to:

• Republic of Ireland
• Northern Ireland & the UK (including England, Scotland, and Wales) 

2. Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched. 

3. Delivery Time & Rates 

Note: Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to postal service disruptions. 

4. Tracking 

We include tracked shipping with every order.
Once your package is on its way, you’ll get a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.

5. Delivery Issues 

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at our Contact Us Page and we’ll help track it down. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or events outside our control. 

6. Customs & Duties (UK Only) 

UK orders may be subject to VAT or customs charges upon delivery, depending on current UK import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (at your cost).
